If you are interested in finding older CEQA documents that are not on the list below, please search the California Office of Planning and Research website or contact the Environmental Planning team.
Mitigated Negative Declarations
Mitigated Negative Declarations are prepared for projects that will have one or more potentially significant effects on the environment, but the effects are reduced to less-than-significant with mitigation.

Negative Declarations are prepared for projects that will not have a potentially significant effect on the environment.
Environmental Impact Reports
Environmental Impact Reports are more comprehensive reviews that are prepared for larger projects, or when it is determined that a project will likely have a significant effect on the environment.
