Project Description

The applicant is requesting Desing Review approval to construct site improvements associated with a multi-use field on the San Domenico School campus. Running northwest along Butterfield Road includes a retaining wall up to 7.4 feet tall, then turning southwest the retaining wall reaching a maximum height of 8.9 feet. On top of the retaining wall on Butterfield Road includes a 10-foot-tall chain link fence and 30-foot-tall protective netting. The 10-foot-tall chain link fence continues  southwest along the retaining wall and includes 20-foot-tall protective netting. The western and southern boundaries of the multi-use field include a combination of 10-foot-tall or 20-foot-tall chain link fence with 30-foot-tall protective netting. The project includes a 30 foot-tall hooded baseball backstop, two 10-foot-tall chain link dugouts and two 20-foot tall foul poles.
