Project Description
The applicant requests Coastal Development Permit approval to construct a new 734-square-foot addition on to an existing 2,502 square foot residence, a 701 square foot detached accessory structure (Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)), a 449 square foot detached accessory structure (guest house), a new septic system, and remove 2 heritage trees on a developed lot in Inverness. The project would result in an approximate floor area ratio of 19 percent on the 3.8-acre lot.
Pursuant to Marin County Coastal Zoning Code Sections 20.68.050, 20.68.060, and 20.68.030, the project requires a Coastal Development Permit.
