Low Carbon Concrete Compliance Forms
The Design Professional (e.g., Structural, Civil or Other Engineer, Architect, Responsible Applicant) must first decide on a cement or embodied carbon compliance pathway. The design professional is the permit applicant responsible for submitting the following compliance form to the building department for plan review as part of the permit to build. The form should illustrate a compliant mix design(s) to be placed within and/or attached to plan sheets.
