This plan provides an avenue for public observation of the election process and assists in ensuring its integrity.

A public Logic and Accuracy Test (L&A) of the vote counting program and ballots is conducted before each election prior to counting ballots.

Procedures for receiving and processing vote by mail ballots.

Procedures for location selection and delivering, receiving, and accounting of vote center equipment and ballots.

After every election, the Registrar of Voters conducts the Canvass to ensure that every eligible
ballot is counted accurately. The Elections Department must follow many state mandates during this official canvass period before the election results can be certified.
