Central Collections was established in 1994 to assist County departments to recover revenue on past due accounts. Central Collections provides billing and collections services to County departments and external agencies, as well as administration of County’s Business License and Transient Occupancy Tax programs. The division is responsible for optimizing the County’s revenue by collecting delinquent accounts, including unsecured property taxes, providing technology support and subject matter expertise of Countywide billing and receivables.

Online Payments

Visit the Payment portal to make online payments.

You will need your Customer number from your notice. There is a 2.35% service fee for debit and credit card transactions. The 2.35% fee is not retained by the Department, it is retained by the service provider and is non-refundable. There is no charge to use an electronic check.
