November 14, 2017 The Board of Supervisors conducted a Merit hearing and adopted the Medicinal Cannabis Delivery-Only Retailer license ordinance.
October 31, 2017 The Board of Supervisors conducted a first reading hearing of the proposed medicinal cannabis delivery-only retailer license ordinance.
October 10, 2017 The Board of Supervisors conducted a working of the proposed medicinal cannabis delivery-only retailer license ordinance.
May 23, 2017 The Board of Supervisors upheld the decision by the Count Administrator and denied appeals to seven prospective applicants and recommended a revised approach to licensing medical cannabis dispensaries in unincorporated areas.
April 10, 2017 The County Administrator rejected the applications and recommended a revised approach to licensing medical cannabis dispensaries in unincorporated areas.
