San Rafael, CA – The Marin County Board of Supervisors is accepting applications for an appointment to the Alto Sanitary District Board of Directors. The open seat occurred because not enough candidates filed for the seat during the filing period before the November 6 election.
The Alto board has an opening for one two-year seat ending December 2020. The district is the sewer agency responsible for wastewater collection from the homes and businesses in the unincorporated Alto neighborhood of Mill Valley.
The individual appointed must be a registered voter in the district.
