THE RANDOM SELECTION OF 1% OF BALLOTS IN THE May 7, 2013 SPECIAL VOTE BY MAIL ELECTION WILL TAKE PLACE ON THURSDAY, MAY 9, AT 9:00 AM THE MANUAL TALLY OF THE BALLOTS SELECTED WILL BEGIN IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER.
