Project Description

The applicant requests Coastal Development Permit approval to construct a replacement septic system on a developed lot in the unincorporated community of Marshall. The replacement septic system would not increase the floor area ratio of the 638,154 square foot lot, nor would it extend above grade (except for specific auxiliary components like vents and control panels). Furthermore, it would maintain a 65-foot distance to the western property line and distances in excess of 100 feet to the northern, eastern, and southern property lines. Additional site improvements to the subject parcel are not included in the proposed project.
