Help low-income, Spanish-speaking immigrants acquire the tools they need to build a pathway to success, overcome poverty and injustice, and become tomorrow's leaders.

The Marin County Department of Child Support Services can assist with establishing parentage for minor children. We can help to establish, modify, and enforce child support orders and track and distribute child support payments.

Provides mediation for various types of disputes such as consumer-business disputes, animal, neighborhood, and landlord-tenant disputes. It also provides education to consumers, retailers, neighbors, landlords, tenants and others and is a public resource for consumer rights information.

Responsible for handling a broad spectrum of consumer and environmental protection activities. The unit's focus is to protect the public, prosecute violators, and prevent future violations of law through the use of four major mechanisms: enforcement, mediation, referral, and outreach.

Formerly Fair Housing of Marin, this is the only full-service fair housing agency in Marin and the only local housing counseling agency certified by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Enables children and families to enjoy a more successful future by helping them to navigate the legal system. It provides high-quality, low-cost legal services to children and families on matters ranging from child abuse and domestic violence to child custody and support.

With roots dating to 1934, the Bar Association involves, encourages and supports members, serves as a liaison to the Marin County courts, educates the community, and enhances access to legal services.

A nonprofit offering knowledge, scholarships and camaraderie. Open to all people employed in law offices, the courts, and other businesses of a legal nature in Marin.

Strives to provide effective and innovative legal services by protecting the constitutional rights of clients while treating them with respect and encouraging them to lead productive and positive lives.

Offers citizens and community organizations a full spectrum of conflict resolution services. Its leadership ensures people have the tools they need to respond to litigation, crime, family problems and community and neighborhood disputes.
