Project Description
The applicant requests Preapplication Review of a proposal to construct a three-story, 20-unit, multi-family affordable housing project on two vacant lots in Kentfield. The units would consist of 11, one-bedroom units, and nine, two-bedroom units that would provide housing for College of Marin faculty and staff.
