Low Carbon Concrete Compliance Forms
The Contractor is responsible for submitting a cement limit or embodied carbon compliance form to the inspector for final inspection on the day of or within six weeks of the poured concrete. The form must be accompanied by batch receipts as provided by the ready-mix supplier.
