Project Description
The applicant requests Coastal Development Permit approval for the installation of a new septic tank on a lot developed in Point Reyes Station. The new tank is required as a result of an interior house remodel. The proposed septic system is located behind the existing residence more than 100 feet from the northeastern front property line.
Coastal Development Permit approval is required because the project is for septic system expansion.
