Project Description
The applicant requests Coastal Permit approval to construct a 367 square foot addition on to an existing residence and to construct of a new 184 square foot utility shed in Inverness. The propose also includes a replacement of a septic tanks, mechanical structure and relocating underground water storage tanks. The existing building area and floor area is 1,555 square feet. The proposed floor area is 1,922 square feet. Therefore, the proposed development would result in a floor area ratio of .002 percent on the approximately 19-acre lot. The proposed addition would reach a maximum height of 8 feet 4 inches above surrounding grade and would be setback more than 100 feet from all property lines.
