Done/doing update (June 15, 2023)

This is a recap of what we’ve done from May 16 - June 15 and what we’re working on next.

Done

• Author, editor, and publish roles defined and the decision made to allow Departments to create their own publishing procedures that fit their organization size.
• Completed plain language training for content writing to content authors in County Counsel, Grand Jury and Probation departments

Doing

• Documentation and Training
  • Content and Style Guides nearing completion
  • Acquia training class development nearing completion.   First classes scheduled for end of June.
  • Resource hubs for project team members and county employees
• New sub-site creation checklists
  • Creating checklists for each stage of the department website for more efficient repetition
• Development Continues
  • We are in the process of identifying which of the remaining tasks are vital to completing our Beta goals
• Department Sites in progress
  • Board of Supervisors site to launch in a few weeks
  • Community Development Agency is designing their home page

What we're reading

• Content design for behavior change
