This is a recap of what we've done from April 20 – May 3, 2022 and what we're working on next.

Done

  • Conducted five more user interviews with members of the community.
  • Conducted three more internal stakeholder interviews with County employees.
  • Finished developing the website navigation survey.
  • Promoted the survey to the public and County employees.
  • Finalized internal training scope of work for recommended content management system.
  • Continued to plan activities and resources for the implementation phase.
  • Made presentations about the project to assistant department directors and technology department staff.

Doing

  • Wrap up interviews with community members and County employees.
  • Review findings from the website navigation survey.
  • Synthesize the user research findings, with insights and recommendations.
  • Develop draft guiding principles.
  • Start developing content and design style guides.
  • Continue developing the implementation plan.
  • Finalize contract with recommended content management system vendor.
