This is a recap of what we've done from April 20 – May 3, 2022 and what we're working on next.
Done
- Conducted five more user interviews with members of the community.
- Conducted three more internal stakeholder interviews with County employees.
- Finished developing the website navigation survey.
- Promoted the survey to the public and County employees.
- Finalized internal training scope of work for recommended content management system.
- Continued to plan activities and resources for the implementation phase.
- Made presentations about the project to assistant department directors and technology department staff.
Doing
- Wrap up interviews with community members and County employees.
- Review findings from the website navigation survey.
- Synthesize the user research findings, with insights and recommendations.
- Develop draft guiding principles.
- Start developing content and design style guides.
- Continue developing the implementation plan.
- Finalize contract with recommended content management system vendor.
