Done/doing update (April 5, 2022)

This is a recap of what we've done from March 23 – April 4, 2022 and what we're working on next.

Done

• Recruited participants for user interviews through community-based organizations, social media, and a County press release.
• Conducted four user interviews with members of the community.
• Conducted five internal stakeholder interviews with County employees.
• Revised design phase timeline to account for a longer timeframe to conduct user interviews.

Doing

• Continue to schedule and conduct interviews with community members and County employees.
• Start synthesizing user research findings.
• Develop website navigation survey.
• Translate website navigation survey and test for digital accessibility.
• Develop scope with the recommended content management system vendor.
