Drafted page content for CDA Building & Safety division
Demonstrated Acquia Site Studio content creation process to project advisory group
Finalized ‘About’ and ‘Action’ page templates to be used by content authors
Kicked off Cohort B departments to start implementation – County Counsel, Grand Jury and Probation

Continue to refine and develop training process for content authors
Continue developing process for integrating standalone applications into the new website
Review and finalize content types available in production environment
Board of Supervisors, Cultural Services and Community Development Agency continue to analyze and review existing content and documents to prepare for transition to new site
Developers continue building back-end architecture and single sign-on functionality to create a smooth and simple content publishing experience
Develop a process for evaluating feedback and process on beta site
Research accessibility testing vendors to assist with usability testing in May
