• Finalized beta launch scope and timeline
• Worked through design and accessibility quality control for beta site
• Identified components for information, action, event, and article page templates
• Developed draft communication plans for the launch of the beta site and implementation with departments

Doing

• Continue developing technical training for content authors to learn the content management system
• Continue building and testing back-end components
• Finalize beta launch communication plan
• Finalize communication plan for upcoming cohort departments
