Vacancies on Marin Commission on Aging

Eight representatives sought from across Marin

San Rafael, CA The Marin County Board of Supervisors is looking for volunteers from Supervisorial District 2, District 3, District 4, City-Town (Belvedere), and City/Town Rep (Novato) to serve on the Marin Commission on Aging.

The Marin Commission on Aging is a federally mandated advisory commissionThe Commission’s mission is to promote the dignity, independence and quality of life of older persons through advocacy, information, programs and services.

Eligibility is open to adults 18 years and over. Persons of color and/or persons with fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Farsi are highly encouraged to apply.
