San Rafael, CA – The application deadline is 5 p.m. July 29 for an at-large seat on the Marin County Personnel Commission. For this seat, the Marin County Board of Supervisors is looking for a practitioner in human resources or labor relations.
The Personnel Commission serves as a planning and policy advisory body to the Board of Supervisors, the County Administrator, and Human Resources director on all phases of the county's personnel program. The commission may hear examination, selection, classification, discipline, layoff and grievance appeals pursuant to the County’s Personnel Management Regulations.
Regularly scheduled meetings are conducted quarterly.
