San Rafael, CA - Voting for the November 5, 2013 Uniform District Election begins on Monday, October 7 at the Marin County Elections Office, 3501 Civic Center, Room 121, San Rafael. Voters can apply for a vote by mail ballot or vote in person during regular office hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Elections Office will mail ballots to over 100,000 vote by mail voters on Monday, October 7. Voters who do not receive a ballot in the mail, but want to vote by mail in the November election can apply for a ballot in one of the following ways:
- In person at the Elections Office from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 7 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
- In writing until October 29 by using the application on the back cover of the Voter Information Pamphlet, or by faxing or mailing a request to: Registrar of Voters, Marin Civic Center, Room 121, P.O.
