The August 27, 2013 Special Election is a vote-by-mail only election.

There are no polling places for this election.

Ballots will be mailed out starting July 29, 2013.

Return your ballot by mail no later than five working days before election day, or return your ballot in person to:

  • Elections Department Office — July 29–August 27.
  • Office Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Election Day: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Location: Marin Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, Room 121, San Rafael, CA 94903.
