Done/doing update (November 16, 2022)
This is a recap of what we've done from November 2 – 16 and what we're working on next.
Done
- Built the production site for the new website
- Created a process for quality control testing
- Drafted initial taxonomy for the beta site
Doing
- Confirm new URL names for all departments
- Audit existing pages and draft information architecture for Board of Supervisors, Cultural Services, and the Information Services and Technology departments
- Convert several PDF forms into web forms for the County Administrator's office
- Review County Administrator documents and identify ones that can be converted to webpages and online forms, as well as remediated for accessibility
- Develop technical training for content authors to learn the content management system
