This is a recap of what we've done from September 21 – October 4 and what we're working on next.

Done

• Completed a page audit for County Administrator’s office.
• Prepared document audit and remediation guidance.
• Finalized guidance for reviewing and removing content.

Doing

• Develop usability and quality testing process for beta site.
• Working on draft page architecture for County Administrator's office.
• Rewriting content using plain language for the County Administrator's office.
• Continue building website components for content authors to use to build pages.
• Develop technical training modules for content authors.
• Identify content leads and implementation team members for departments> in the first cohort.
• Prepare page audit templates for the first cohort.

What we're reading (and watching)

• Websites need to be accessible to be inclusive
