Done/doing update (July 27, 2022)

This is a recap of what we’ve done from July 13 – 26, 2022 and what we’re working on next.

Done

• Built a prototype of the County’s new homepage and a few other related pages.
• Continued taking more Drupal content management system training.
• Met with several more County departments to discuss implementation process and timing.

Doing

• Share prototype of the County’s new homepage with communications working group and make changes based on their feedback.
• Continue developing materials to help departments prepare for implementation, including content lifecycle governance and a page audit template.
• Continue meeting with departments to discuss implementation process and timing.

• Content design for beta.ada.gov: writing for action and flexibility
• How to thoughtfully name government services
