Done/doing update (July 12, 2022)

This is a recap of what we’ve done from June 29 - July 12, 2022 and what we’re working on next.

Done

• Finalized the design concept for new homepage and several other key page types, including header and footer. Design concepts were informed by months of user research and testing.
• Conducted a content writing workshop with content authors from four County departments.
• Continued taking more Drupal content management system training.
• Met with several County departments to discuss implementation process and timing.

Doing

• >Start building a prototype of the County's new homepage.
• Create materials to help departments prepare for implementation, including content lifecycle governance and a page audit template.
• Continue meeting with several departments to discuss implementation process and timing.
