Done/doing update (June 28, 2022)

This is a recap of what we’ve done from June 15 - 28, 2022 and what we’re working on next.

Done

• Tested 18 desktop and mobile mock-ups with five members of the community and three County employees.
• Made changes to design based on feedback from testing.
• Developed a workshop-style training for the content guide for department content authors.
• Members of the County’s digital team took Drupal immersion training.

Doing

• Conduct content writing workshop with content authors from four County departments.
• Finalize design concept for new homepage and several other key page types, including header and footer.
• Finalize content writing guide.
• Meet with several departments to discuss implementation process and timing.
