Audited existing pages and created draft information architecture for Board of Supervisors, Cultural Services, and the Information Services and Technology departments
Finished rewriting content for County Administrator’s office. Identified page templates and taxonomy terms for each.
Identified County Administrator documents that can be converted to webpages and online forms.
Provided plain language training to Board of Supervisors, Cultural Services, and the Information Services and Technology departments.

Finalizing beta launch timeline
Reviewing launch punch list on 5 pages – homepage, How Do I, Departments, Your Government, and about this website page
Confirm new URL names for all departments
Convert several PDF forms into web forms for the County Administrator’s office
Develop technical training for content authors to learn the content management system
