San Rafael, CA - The Marin County Board of Supervisors is seeking applications from residents living in Marin County to serve as representatives on its Financial Audit Advisory Committee.
There are five vacancies -- one city/town representative, one County of Marin staff representative, one schools representative, and one special districts representative, and one at-large representative.
The Financial Audit Advisory Committee is an advisory commission of the Board of Supervisors that reviews the annual independent audit of the County's financial records and encourages sound business practices in the County. The committee meets annually, typically in late winter, to review independent audits from the most recent fiscal year.
