Several Openings on Human Rights Commission

At-large seat open to individual committed to social justice and equality

San Rafael, CA – The County of Marin is seeking community members who have the time, desire, and collaborative skills to advance the mission of the Marin Human Rights Commission, which is to promote a community based on social justice and equality. There is one at-large opening for applicants who live in Marin County.

The commission works to eliminate discrimination based on race, religion, color, age, ancestry, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, place of birth, national origin, or disability. It provides a public forum, serves as a resource to the community, and advises the Board of Supervisors on human rights issues.
