San Rafael, CA – The application deadline is 5 p.m. June 30, for two vacancies on the Marin County Library Commission, appointed by the Marin County Board of Supervisors.
The commission is looking for a representative from District 2 (Gerstle Park, Lomita Park, Bret Harte, Sleepy Hollow, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Ross, Kentfield, Greenbrae, and downtown Larkspur) and District 3 (Mill Valley, Strawberry, Tiburon, Belvedere, Marin City, Tamalpais Valley and Sausalito).
The Library Commission serves as a resource and liaison to the Board of Supervisors, the Director of County Library Services, and the community, to find ways and means of enlisting public interest in supporting and improving Library services.
