San Rafael, CA – The application deadline is 5 p.m. March 24 to apply for a seat on the Health Council of Marin as a consumer representative. This is an all-volunteer advisory council, and the appointing authority is the Marin County Board of Supervisors.
The Health Council advises the Board of Supervisors and the Marin County Department of Health and Human Services on health issues. It advocates for the development and allocation of resources to assure quality and accessible health care, and educates on issues affecting the health and well-being of the citizens of Marin County.
