San Rafael, CA – The Marin County Board of Supervisors is accepting applications for appointment to the Almonte Sanitary District Board of Directors for one four-year seat that expires in June 2020.
The application period ends at 5 p.m. June 3. The appointee must be a registered voter in the district.
The open seat occurred because not enough candidates filed for the seats on the board during the filing period before the June 7 election.
Applications are available at the Marin County Board of Supervisors office, Marin Civic Center, 3501 Civic Center Drive, Suite 329, San Rafael, CA 94903, or by calling 415-473-7331, or by sending an email to bos@marincounty.org. Applications can also be requested by calling the district office at 415-388-8775, or emailing manager@almontesd.org.
Applications are due in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Marin County Civic Center, Suite 329, by 5 p.m. June 3.
