San Rafael, CA - The application deadline is 5 p.m. March 7 for an at-large vacancy on the Marin County Human Rights Commission.
The commission advises the Board of Supervisors and has responsibility for working to eliminate prejudice and discrimination and for fostering attitudes which will lead to civic peace and inter-group relations.
The nine-member commission meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Marin County Civic Center.
