San Rafael, CA – Marin County residents living in the Bolinas-Stinson Union School District and the Inverness Permanent Road Division No. 2 will have the opportunity to vote on Measures B or C, respectively, in August. Each measure is a special tax that will require two-thirds of the votes cast to pass.
