San Rafael, CA – Citizens will have the opportunity to register in several local communities from Tuesday, September 22 to Saturday September 26 in recognition of National Voter Registration Day.
“Your vote is your voice, and we hope people in our communities who are eligible to vote but not registered, will take advantage of one of the many opportunities coming up during this event,” said Lynda Roberts, Marin County Registrar of Voters.
Volunteers are needed to help staff the voter registration tables, so if you would like to participate, please call 415-299-0035. This is a nonpartisan voter registration effort. The final day to register to vote in the November election is October 19. Partial schedule of events:
