AB1299 Point of Contact
AB1299 is legislation that was implemented effective July 1, 2017, and is designed to ensure that appropriate mental heath services are provided to foster care youth in the county of their residence. The law requires agencies that place children into foster care post an AB1299 Point of Contact on their website. The Marin County Probation Department point of contact is Jeana Reynolds, MFT, Supervisor of the Mental Health Unit in the Juvenile Division.
