As an employer that sponsors group health benefits, there are notices required under Federal and State regulations that are to be posted and made available to all employees eligible for those benefits. The "Important Employee Benefit Program Notices" document below includes these required notices as well as notices that are not required, but contain helpful information. Please share this information with your family members. These notices are updated from time to time and some federal notices are updated each year. Be sure you are reviewing an updated version of this important notices document.  

The document contains information about Medicaid/CHIP, Notice of Credible Prescription Drug Coverage for People with Medicare, COBRA Coverage Reminder and HIPAA. These important notices can also be found in the Appendix of the Employee Health Benefits Guide.
