Planning Commission Hearing - Built Environment Element

Planning Commission public hearing focusing on the Built Environment Element of the Draft Countywide Plan. The meeting will begin with discussions on the Energy and Green Building section, which were continued from the previous meeting on 5/24/04. Discussions on the Environmental Hazards section will follow. Time permitting, the Housing Element will be discussed.
