The applicant requests Design Review approval and Coastal Permit Exclusion to construct a new detached 660 square foot garage on an improved lot in Inverness. The lot is developed with an existing 1,355 square foot single family residence. The proposed development would reach a maximum height of 14 feet above surrounding grade and would have the following setbacks: 81 feet, 11 inches from the northern property line, 31 feet from the eastern property line, 6 feet, 3 inches from the southern property line, and greater than 100 feet from the western property line.
