The applicant requests Coastal Permit approval for a new irrigation well to serve an existing residential property in Inverness. The applicant also requests Lot Line Adjustment approval to adjust the property lines between APNs 112-131-10 and 112-162-01. As a result of the Lot Line Adjustment the proposed well and associated equipment would be located on APN 112-131-10.
The new well and associated water delivery infrastructure would be located on a 10 foot by 12-foot concrete platform. The project includes an 8.5 foot tall, 5,000-gallon plastic/poly water storage tank. The well would have the following setbacks: 7.9 feet from the northwestern property line; 30 feet from the northeastern property line; and 20 feet from the southwestern property line.
