The project entails the removal of an existing 60 foot tall pole and replacement with a proposed 54 foot tall pole with two centerline antennas at 50 feet and 42 feet in height. All associated ground equipment will be placed within the existing structure on the property. The project will maintain the existing chain link fence around the facility.
Coastal Permit approval is required pursuant to Marin County Code Section 22.56.055I because the project entails improvements to a property located in a Coastal zoning district not otherwise exempt from Coastal Permit requirements. Design Review approval is required pursuant to Marin County Code Section 22.82I because the project site is located in a planned zoning district. Use permit approval is required for public utility improvements as outlined in Section 22.88.010I of the Marin County Code.
