Project Description

The applicant requests Design Review approval to replace an existing food service structure with a new 272 square foot food service structure on a developed lot in Marshall. The proposed building would reach a maximum height of 9 feet, 6 inches above surrounding grade and the exterior walls would have the following setbacks: more than 100 feet from the eastern front property line; more than 10 feet from the northern side property line; more than 60 feet from the southern side property line; more than 100 feet from the western rear property line.

Design Review approval is required because the project entails the development of a structure not otherwise exempt pursuant to Section 22.82.030I.
