Project Description

The applicant requests Coastal Permit approval to allow the installation and use of a new water well. The proposed well would be 282.6 feet from the northern side of the property line, 144.2 feet from the eastern of the side property line, 247.6 feet from the southern side of the property line, 50.6 from the western side of the property line.

Pursuant to Section 22.56.055I.C a Coastal Permit is required for the construction of a water well in the coastal zone.
