Project Description

The applicant is proposing to divide an undeveloped 40,000 square foot (0.92 acres) lot into two lot in Point Reyes Station. The existing average slope of the lot is 3%. The subject property is bounded by 6th Street to the southeast and B Street to the northeast. The project site is mostly surrounded by single-family residential development.

As indicated on the proposed Tentative Map, Lot 1, has an average lot slope of 2% and is proposed to be 18,000 square feet (0.41 acres). Lot 2, has an average lot slope of 3.8% is and proposed to be 22,000 square feet (0.51 acres). The proposed building envelopes are consistent with the C-RA-B2 zoning designation with the front property line on 7th Street.
