The applicant is requesting Design Review approval to construct an above ground spa with an enhancement wall to the rear yard of an existing single-family residence in unincorporated Tiburon. The proposed spa, and the enhancement wall would reach a maximum height of 3 feet, and would have the following distance from the property line: approximately 13 feet from the southern rear property line, 4 feet from the eastern side property line, 70 feet from the western side property line, and greater than 100 feet from the northern front property line.
Design Review approval is required because the project as proposed is located outside the building envelope.
