The applicant requests Design Review approval to legalize and demolish certain additions that were built without permits, and construct 1,642 square feet of new additions, including a second floor on a developed lot in unincorporated Tiburon. The 1,642 square feet of proposed development would result in a floor area ratio of 24 percent on the 22,782 square foot lot. The proposed building would reach a maximum height of 27 feet 4 inches above surrounding grade and would have the following setbacks from the exterior walls: 11 feet 4 inches from the south west front property line; 44 feet from the north west side property line; 28 feet from the south east side property line; 34 feet from the north east rear mean high tide line.
