The applicant intended to remove an existing 725 square foot pier, boat lift, and three existing piles and request Site Plan Review approval to construct a new pier, boat lift, and platform lift on a developed lot in in unincorporated Tiburon. The proposed pier and lifts would be 981 square feet and would include 10 new steel piles.

Site Plan Review approval is required because the project is seaward of the mean higher high tide, as per 22.52.020 of the Marin County Development Code.
